As an Apollo Flight member you are requested to carry out the following, this is to ensure continued prosperity and enhance our reputation (and thereby enhancing protection) with The Syndicate.
The Syndicate is now a real faction in game, we have aligned ourselves with them in the hope that should Xbox ever receive factions we can go for a merger or be called Apollo Flight Syndicate Detachment, the following statement is from their forum and is their directive.

1. ONLY run missions for THE SYNDICATE. No other factions, until directed otherwise (which will probably be never)
2. ONLY cash in bounty vouchers for THE SYNDICATE at Callie Hub. No other factions...EVER.
Not doing these two things is undermining our control of the system. If you are doing anything other than these two things STOP IMMEDIATELY. If you do not know how to identify THE SYNDICATE Missions on the Bulletin Board, ask someone either here or Teamspeak.
We are seeing the odd rival CMDR in system working against us, so make sure you only cash in for THE SYNDICATE and we can deal with interlopers as a team.

Apollo Flights Directive is to provide XBOX space protection to The Syndicate Vessels and carry out any and all Syndicate missions. Undermining of any other faction in EBANA is requested. Once you have adequate status with The Syndicate you will start to notice their vessels and stations turn green on your radar, this means you will then be afforded protection by their security craft.
